Arena Pantanal, in Cuiaba, will be another World Cup stadium to be benefited by the Recopa program, which exempts the hiring of services and the purchase of equipment from federal taxes such as IPI, PIS/Pasep, import and Cofins.

With the federal tax exemption, the Cuiabá’s stadium will have a reducing additive of R$15.8 million on the total cost of the work, which currently is R$ 458.2 million (excluding the road adjustments provided for in the surrounding of the arena).

In addition to the stadium of Mato Grosso, Mineirão, Arena das Dunas, Maracanã and Arena Corinthians have already been benefited from the Recopa program.
