The official logo of the 2014 World Cup, launched at a special event on Thursday, is imprinted on a new line of t-shirts launched by the official sponsor of the event, sports equipment manufacturer Adidas.
On the official photographs of the new t-shirt, we see actors Fernanda Lima and Rodrigo Hilbert, who presented the official launching ceremony of the new logo, and football players Hernanes (São Paulo), Miranda (São Paulo) and Kléber (Palmeiras), all of whom are in the running for places in the Brazilian 2014 World Cup team. Inspired by Brazilian characteristics, the symbol to represent the World Cup in Brazil is a reproduction of the World Cup trophy, made from a composition of intertwined hands.
Adidas has made more than one thousand units of the product, which shall be sold all over Brazil through specialized shops and websites.
